UC500 Feature Request for SCC Visual Voicemail

I do not know how to make a feature request but I was told to post it in the forms so...................

SCC Client's Visual Voicemail does not automatically update, you must press "refresh" to send the query through CUE to get the voicemail sent to your client program. I would like to this to automaticaly query the CUE to update the infromation without having to press refresh.
