I just installed a new UC560 for a small call center operation. There is one bacd created for a group of five users. These users need a button that allows them to see when the others are logged into the bacd hunt group. I know I can set a programmable key to watch/monitor/share/intercom/etc....but I do not believe any of those options shows when the other user is logged into the bacd hunt group. Is this possible with CCA 2.2.6? If not, how can it be done in cli?

I am interested in such a solution as well for an upcoming opportunity. Is there sample configs/CCA guides thatdemostrate a typical call center scenario?

There is a lab on the community written in CCA 2.0, that shows the creation of a BACD and describes some of the options:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9721
Also this "what is BACD" blurb:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9731
Keep in mind that there is a display that will appear (text) on all agents phones, if they are ALL logged out.
Also, when there is a call in the queue, all agent phones will blink the MWI lamp, so while they wait for the timer to expire (customizable) to dequeue calls to agents, they know there are new calls left to handle.
We have seen some phones use a side car or multi button phone to "monitor" the agent lines, so you can see if all agents are on calls.
Not sure if this helps, but offered it in case it does.

I do realize this is called Basic ACD but after installation my customer
requested for their call center manager to have the ability to view the
status of the other agents login/out status on an individual basis. Any
chance of something like this being in CCA 3.0?
Thanks
