I got this question from one of our partners in Kazakhstan.
Is it possible to create a common corporate SkypeID that will be used as one of the lines of communications with clients, i.e. example, button on a Skype to call from skype, when it is pressed the client's Skype calls Syp ID of the company and UC500 in its turn processes such calls. And to tune on UC500 to use Skype as the main operator for incoming international calls.
Any help will be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

Yes. Google for "Skype for SIP"
With Skype for SIP you should be able to easily configure a "click to call" button on a web page for example that rings into your UC500 system. You can also call out over Skype account.
