I want to migration my telephony with CISCO appliance UC500.
Today i have an ERP (navision). Every 5 minutes an automatic export is done, from the navision database (only some information like Tél number, contact name, ..) to a little database application 3COM Corebridge.
When someone make a call to the phone, the application show me who is calling with some other information.
How can i use the same solution with CISCO UC 500. There is no CallConnector for Navision, only for CRM.
Is there a generic CallConnector or other application i can use to have the same functionnality like before.
