I have a UC520 phone system and our auto attendant has been configured to allow for the Dial by Name directory. Currently when someone searches the directory for an individual in the directory, the auto-attendant states the name of the indivirual the call is being transferred to then connects the call. Is it possible, with this phone system, to have the AA say the name followed by the extension number before sending through the call (i.e. "John Doe, Extension 101")? And if so, how?
