We are having an issue with UC520 licensing... to my knowledge the upgrade to the 8.2.0 software pack increases the licenses of all UC500's to 24 (actual 30)... this does not seem to be the case for 8u/16u UC520 boxes.
Does anyone have any insight into why this is? Is this expected behavior?
