First of all, I am a newbie on this, so any patience would be appreciated. We are trying to remove a user exension and add a new user under the same extension. When I removed the user in CCA under Telephony->Users and Extensions->Users and Phones, then added the new user, i get a "dailed to create personal mailbox on extension 108, there is a personal mailbox on this extension with user *username*" error, with the old username there. I then went into the voicemail settings under the mailbox tab and found the user mailbox is still there, but there is no "remove" option.
What do i do here. Try googling "UC520 remove mailbox" and you get instructions on how to add and edit, no removal instructions. HELP!!!!
