HI Guys,
Just a very quick one, I had an issues where external calls comming into my UC520 via the Skystone Software was not being dropped into the unity vmail
It took Cisco TAC a couple of days to work this out why....
Apparently there were a couple of lines of CLI missing:
voice service voip
allow-connections h323 to h323
allow-connections h323 to sip
allow-connections sip to h323
allow-connections sip to sip
supplementary-service h450.12
no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
no supplementary-service sip refer
sip
no update-callerid
I always use CCA or the skystone automatic configuration whihc enters the following CLI:
dial-peer voice 9999 voip
description Stonevoice SkyStone In-Out
destination-pattern 8[3,4]T
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.54.8.9
incoming called-number .T
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
codec g711ulaw
fax rate 14400
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback cisco
ip qos dscp cs5 media
ip qos dscp cs4 signaling
no vad
I am no CLI cisco guru, however which system should have entered these commands in should it have been the CCA or the SkyStone Automtatic configurator?
Also I having issues when an external number calls my Skype in number the DTMF tones are not being passed through the cisco for some reason... However on a normal skype call the dtmf tones are being heard...
Any ideas?
Thanks
Brian

Assume the below CLIs are what you needed to make this work:
no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
no supplementary-service sip refer
CCA typically adds the above CLI if you added a SIP trunk provider through CCA. If you did not - then you probably want the Skystone automatic configurator to add the same. Not sure if this directly relates to DTMF
issue.
