where can i dowload the UC520 software pack version 8-6.0? thanks

You find the newest software in the Download-Center:

cisco.com -> Support -> All Downloads -> Voice and Unified Communication -> IP Telephony -> Unified Communications Platform -> Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series for Small Business (UC500) -> UC520

You need a valid support contract with download-rights to download the software.

That is incorrect. UC500 software is downloaded from

https://upload.cisco.com/cgi-bin/swc/fileexg/main.cgi?CONTYPES=UC500

No support contract is required.

That was new to me; on the "traditional" Download-page, these files are also available and have the little Lock that show you that you need to login to download. But I didn't know that it won't need a contract ...

Wait so, if I have a 7914 and 7921 on my system when I set my UC520 up it will have the phone load for it?
