I'm expiring a problem with the voicemail-system on an UC520.
Setup:
The UC520 handles one ISDN Line with only one used number. This number is forwarded to a hunt-group including three member-phones. In the business-hours the call is transferred after 19 sec to the AA-System. Over night the call is sent directly to it.
The AA offers the client the possibility to leave a massage by pressing 1.
Problem:
The AA System doesn't work. The call is being transferred to the AA-System - something pick up the call - and silence.
When I directly call (from inside) the AA - I got that silence, too.
When I directly call (from inside) the Mailbox behind that No.1 - I got a busy Signal.
The system was running fine until now - but I can't recognize any changes or other problems in the setup.
How can I solve the problem? Where can I find the log-files for the voicemail-system?
Could a storage-problem (too many massages) caused this problem?
