when any of the users try and access thier voicemail they get a voicemail in use error message. after I reload the integrated service module this goes away but what could be causing this?

Some data corruption causing stuck mailbox. There is no need to reload the module. From CUE CLI

I will test this out next time they report problems like this. What is this voicemail unlock performing on the mailbox?

It will allow users to access it again.

yeah this problem occurred today and your command worked well. Would you know why this issue appears out of the blue? Voicemail in Use issue...?
This specific user was at 96% capacity on thier mailbox.
