Hello all,

Use here at home a Cisco UC520W with CME 8.6, and try to config a speed dial button on the two 7931 phones. Have two questions:

1. How can config a speed dial button on 8.6 with 7931 phones?

2. How can find the "User option web page"?

You can configure the speed dials with CCA is real simple.

Configure

Telephony

Users and extensions

Users and phones

Select the profile you want to modify ( add speed dial button)

Speed dial tab and then assign ext you want there or the phone.
