UC540 configure

Downloaded the communications program but it will not connect to the device. The company I purchased the system from is out of business and Cisco no longer supports this product. Any help?

Hi there

Are you able to get the console access for UC540?

If its stuck in initial configuration dialog say no. Then go enable mode and do a show run and see the running config is available. If you got an ip address then please try connecting to the ip using CAA.

If no config in the router please check the config file in the flash using CLI. Then copy the config to the startup config using

copy flash:UC540W-FXO-K9-factory-8.6.0.cfg start-config
