UC540 local directory issue

Hi,

I Need to change the local directory search from last-name-first TO first-name-first.

UC540

telephony-service

service local-directory

service dnis dir-lookup

directory first-name-first

directory entry 1 NUMBER NAME

create cnf-files

restarted the phones and UC540..

IP PHONE model 6921

IP PHONE model 7965

uc540

System image file is "flash:/uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M5"

it is default from cisco in cme that we cannot change last-name-first TO first-name-first.

Users want to search it by first-name-first ( first name first and last name last ) ...

That makes sense. If you want first name first, then configure that.

Users want to search it by first-name-first ( first name first and last name last ) ...

The search form cannot be changed. Just fill values in the correct field.
