We have UC540 with 4 FXO Software pack: 8.6.1. sometimes it shows caller ID for incoming calls and sometime it doesn't. we have also tried changing the required rings for CLID, but no success.

Hello Mike,
Could be because of a lot of different things you may open a case for this issue with SBSC and resolve it faster.
