We have a UC540. We're in a really old building with no high speed or fiber connections running to it. Instead we have a rooftop antenna that's supposed to give us 10-10 Mbps Unlimited Internet. Not great but it's what we have. When I run a speed test, I only get 10Mbps download and about 2Mbps upload.
Our ISP sent a tech but he didn't offer much insight since he couldn't see our configuration. He did say from their demark point the speeds are where they're supposed to be i.e. 10-10Mbps. He said our UC540 must be “rate-limiting”. How do we fix that?
