Hi All,
SIP Provider is sending inbound calls to DIDs with full e164 dialing (ie +15555555555) as well as Caller ID information.
Seems in CCA you can adjust translation patterns so the numbers are converted to extensions, but there is no way to insert/translate a "+ symbol".
What is the preferred way to adjust the system to strip the + symbol from all inbound DID and CID?
Thanks for any assistance!

If CCA is not allowing you to strip this plus sign, then there is a bug. Right now, the only way to this is with CLI. Please open a support case and have one of our TAC engineers help you out. You can also refer to the UC520 archive in this community, that deals with the manipulation of translation rules.
Thanks,
Marcos

Thanks -- I opened a case and TAC will try to recreate the issue in the lab.
If anyone has any other suggestions in CCA 2.1 that I may have overlooked that would be great. Seems the 'Inbound DID' tab is the only area to configure translation patterns in CCA.
Thanks
