We have several offices in different states that are using Generic SIP trunk from Simple Signal and when one employee calls the extension (DID) of another employee at a different office, the call does not go to voicemail but instead gets, no mailbox associated with that number message. Same thing happens if they dial the auto attendant and then enter the extension.
Each office has different SIP trunk registrations.
The SIP provider, Simple Signal, is using/passing the g711ulaw codec.
Calls from outside the VOIP network connect to the VM. It's only on interoffice calls thru the SIP/VOIP network that the voicemail does not work.
Attached are the UC540 config, debug of failed transfer to VM, and the debug of cell phone call connecting to VM.
The failed log shows one office (main SIP trunk # XXXXXX6664) trying to call extension 8202 (in another office) which translates to the DID number XXXXXX4211.
The sucessful debug log is from outside the voip network.
Update: I uploaded the old config file. The correct config file has been uploaded with the correct voicemail extension of 8199.

Hi,
Please try this:
Under ephone-dn 298 change the "call-forward all 8199" to "call-forward all 3999" and in dial-peer 2000 change "destination-pattern 8199" to "destination-pattern 3999".
Or you can also try the other way round - change in the configuration 3199 to 8199. I think the 8199 to 3999 will be easier.
Best regards,
Alex
