UC540 Topology Map

I have a UC540 system that when you open the topology map screen in CCA 3.2, it only shows the UC box, the ESW switch, but no IP 79xx phones. All the phones are registered and operational.

The phones are discovered during the discovery phase if I scan the Voice VLAN at the site, just not populating into the toplology. Anyone see this before?

Hello John,

Have you added the ESW switch to the site? You can check that by right clicking on the switch in topology view and see if there is an option to add to site? If the ESW is already added to the site, then what version of firmware are you running on the ESW?
