"Loading voice related data" message and progress bar stays on screen forever. Can anyone assist with helping me resolve this?
"the system has detected that the database is corrupted. This could have been caused by a power failure, an unclean shutdown (a reset done from IOS) or a failed restore"
"voice mail may not be working normally ........................................."

If so, did you try reloading CUE to fix this issue? Did this help?

1. What is the UC and CUE version?
2. When was this “database corrupted” error reported?
3. Was there any back up or restore done on CUE recently?
4. Could you try taking backup for ‘data’ category and share the output of ‘sh backup history’.
5. Also please share messages.log present on CUE.
