Callers are calling in and leaving a voice message for an individual user and then when they hit # and then1 to mark the voicemail as normal priority, they get bumped out to the receptionist hunt group. Tested this on 2 other systems and it drops the caller as it should when you hit 1. I checked around and couldn't find anywhere to change this.
