We have installed many UC540/560 units. This is the first time we saw a unit keep rebooting what make inbound or outbound phone calls. We used different version of IOS, it's always the same result.
Anyone ever had this kind of problem or is this just a default unit?
Thanks for help.

John,
I would suggest calling in a case to the Small Business Support Center on this issue. This isn't "normal" behavior by any means, and should be looked at by a support engineer to address whether this is a configuration issue or hardware related.

We have experienced the same issue with UC560 with 8 FXO lines. The system would reboot on any inbound or outbound call to PSTN. Small Business TAC suggested battery reversal on the FXO ports which temporarily fixed the problem. Wondering you had any luck getting it fixed.
