Hello All,
I am Having trouble setting up our secondary dialtone for a Canadian Client. They are saying it is still the North American dialtone that they are hearing. We are currently running the following:
CONFIG (Version=8.1)
=====================
Version 8.1
Max phoneload sccp version 17
Max dspfarm sccp version 18
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express
Using CCA 3.0 we have installed the UC500_8.1.0_locale_fr_CA language pack.
I've checked the region settings and everything looks correct to me.
It may be good to note that we just replaced this box a couple weeks ago. If anyone has any ideas on what I could be missing or could send me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!
Regards,
Adam

I haven't tried that yet.
We did change the the Network Local under telephony configurations from U4 (which i believe was user customized or something along those lines).
Sadly I won't be able to test until the morning however, I will definatly give that a look.
Thanks for the reply!
Regards,
Adam S.

That has no effect for outgoing calls (and not even for incoming).
