Hi everybody,
We are trying to upgrade a Cisco UC560 or putting in a factory default. We follow all the methods that we find in this forum, but no one put our UC to work.
Throught the CCA we receive the message "fail to shutdown the voicemail". We have communication between the CUE and the PC
Could someone explain what´s happend?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I would reset CUE from the CLI then:
1. Session to CUE
ser int 0/0 sess
2. Take CUE offline
offline
3. Restore factory configuration/erase data
restore factory default
Thanks,
-john

If you do a sh flash on the cli does show a factory default config file?
If it does copy that to startup
write memory
and then connect with CCA as detailed in the getting started instructions.
Just done this on my 540W and worked first time. If you want me to break it down step by step then let me know.
Rgds and Good luck
