UC560-T1E1-K9

Hello

I have a Cisco UC560-T1E1-K9, which is licensed for 24 phones, this device supports up to 138 IP phones, but I have to buy a license.

My question is I can lock with 138 SIP phones without buying a license???.

My phones are SPA303.
