UC560 Voicemail and AA issues

Hello everyone!

I am having some issues with my UC560, when I try to call to the voicemail (499) and AA (500) it just has busy tone

From the CCA i run a diagnostic and i recived the error messages attached

I just dont know what is happening. I already check the configuration of the voicemail and the AA in the CUE an it looks fine

Can anyone please help me in order to know what is happening?

Hello Josue,

You ma try to reload the CUE (voicemail) and if the issue persist and the CUE version is not 8.6.5 please upgrade to 8.6.5.

You may check the version when you open 10.1.10.1 (default CUE ip address) it should be written on the login screen.

Thank you Alexander. I reload the CUE and it is working fine now.

The CUE version is 8.6.5

I would like to know what is root cause of this issue. do you have any clue about it?
