unnable to read my voicemaill message : "enter your id followed by pound"

Hi

I have uc-560 with spa-502G and spa-504G (cue 7.1.3)

I am unnable to read the voicemail message on the phone

The phone have the voicemessage icon and  red led indicate that there is message in the voice mail

when I press the voicemail buton(199) i have this autoattendent message

if you have a mailbox on the system press star ..
enter your id followed by pound

When I use the user extension 488, it is not work (for exemple I am trying to read VM on 488 phone user)


what is the ID that i should enter to access the voicemail

Do you have a mailbox associated with that extension?

Yes I activated voicemail for each user extention

What is the default password of the voicemail ?

how can I do to read the voicemail ?

Hello,

Verify the user has an primary extension associated with the user's name. You can verify this by going to CUE's web interface at 10.1.10.1. After you enter your name and password for admin rights, click on Configure > Users > username. Click on the user in question and verify there is a primary number associated with the user.

The dialog box that comes up should have the Primary Extension selected along with the extension number. I have seen it where the Other radio button is checked and the extension number is inputted. You want to have the Primary Extension radio button selected and use the pull down to select the extension.
