User Manual For Office Manager 2.0

Hi Cisco Team,

This question might be a bit of an Oxymoron, but are you guys working on a user manual for this with fancy pictures and less text? I am getting request from clients for a sure manual on how to do mundane stuff like Scheduling and modifying user details?

Before I venture down the path of doing this myself, I just wanted to check and see if there will be an official Cisco one.

Hi David,

To answer your question, there are no plans to develop an end-customer user guide/quick reference for Office Manager. The online help for Office Manager is all that we provide for customer-facing documentation. As you probably know, the customer can get a PDF of the online help contents by using the PDF button in the Online Help, but it does not have screenshots.

Thanks for your response, not what I was hoping for but Oh well these things happen

I guess I will have to make some short videos and a PDF short manual then myself.
