Voice Translations

We are setting up a 48U with a SIP trunk.  Is there any way to configure more than 14 callerid outgoing translations?  If we select more than 14 "Use DID PSTN Number" through CCA then we get the error that Only 14 Translations are available.    Users would like their own DID to show up on callerid when placing calls.

Any suggestions?

Hi John,

If the trailing digits of your internal extensions match the digits of the digits you have configured, you should be able to configure more than 14 DID. The maximum blocks of digit translations you could configure would be 14.
