Hey there,
i got some problems getting a voice mailbox doing what i want.
i need a solution for only one mailbox in the business.
so i thought about a floating extension with an vm which is just active on closed hours.
so now the problems:
- i want a direct forward to the vm with just 2 rings instead of waiting the normal cfna time and no forward during business hours
- how to configure the voicemail button on cp7975 to directly login to this mailbox (if possible)
- how to change/upload a greeting (without getting the prompts and the default bla bla after the greeting) :-D
thanks for your help

If you get command line access to the UC box you can find the ephone-dn that you created and apply call-forward settings to it.

just solved the problems so far.
part 1
i soved this with the nightservice option. direct forward to voicemail-box of a floating extension.
part 2
already unsolved
part 3
solved.
login to service-engine and add
no voicemail conversation caller recording-promt
so the caller hear the personal greeting and the beep.
