Volume differences between phone models

Hi,

I just installed a UC320 with a mix of SPA504G and SPA303 phones, with the system using FXO lines as trunks.  We are getting a lot of complaints about low call volume with the SPA303 phones, but the SPA504G volume is great.  Even with the handset volume turned all the way up, we have to speak loudly and directly into the microphone to be heard and understood.  Is there another volume setting to configure for the SPA303 phones?

I should have mentioned that I needed to make some small gain adjustments on the FXO lines in order to get the desired volume from the SPA504G phones, but I don't want to take that too far.  It surprises me how dramatically different the volume is between the two models.

Nevermind.  Turns out that we have a bad phone and it's not a model difference afterall.  I should have isolated it better in testing them out.
