Hello, we need to buy a new phone, we have a set of SPA504G ones, but for some reason in our foreign networks we won't get any audio on them, so we installed a pptp VPN and used a VoIP client, but now we need an IP phone that can connect to our pptp service.
I wanted advice on what model would be best to buy for out needs

I don't think you will find a phone that supports PPTP since it is an old protocol and not considered secure anymore. Yealink makes a phone that supports OpenVPN: http://www.yealink.com/Upload/T2X/20131125/OpenVPN_Feature_on_Yealink_IP_Phones.pdf
Or you can create a site to site VPN with hardware of your choice and run any IP phone securely. A pair of Cisco Meraki Z1 units would do the trick.

Thanks for answering my question, that is a shame that I can't use pptp, but I can try to implement OpenVPN, thanks for the sugestions, using hardware is an option I would like to avoid if I can since I have zero experience with it, thanks again

Sure. Don't be afraid of site to site VPN especially on Cisco Meraki it is dead simple: http://goo.gl/H7GrmP
