What is the best VPN client to use to access UC520 via CCA remotely?

What VPN client should be used when attempting to access the UC520 remotely via CCA?

What configurations are necessary to make this work with the recommended client?

Is the client a "free" software like CCA or does it need to be purchased separately?

When I click the link  you provided I see the link for the software and the top of the page says I am logged in.

However when I click the link for the software:

- my logged in status changes. I can go to the login page but whenever I return to the page that has the software it will not recongize me as logged in and will not allow the download of the software.

Any ideas?

Make sure you log in using your Cisco.com account. You need one to download sofwtare.
