What VPN client should be used when attempting to access the UC520 remotely via CCA?What configurations are necessary to make this work with the recommended client?Is the client a "free" software like CCA or does it need to be purchased separately?
Trying to have to AA not play the goodbye prompt but send to a direct ext if end user does not hit menu options. Also, helps out if a rotary caller calls the AA.Any idea on how to create this action?
