Which IP Phone

Hi Guys,

 

I  am setting up a system with an SPA9000 and multiple SPA400 for 8 telephone lines. The system will have 25 users connected. Which IP phone would you suggest ? I also would like to use softphone for some of the users, which would you suggest.
