Wip310 v2 Problems

Hi,

I am a problems with one WIP310v2. If i start the phone the screen appear with cisco logo and two waves and nothing more. I have remove battery and reinsert therefore restart the phone but nothing change.

if I waited for also 2 hours he does not change nothing.

Thomas,

Since your WIP310 is not booting past the Cisco load screen you may have a defective device. Has it done this from the beginning or did it start doing this after it was configured? You may need to give the Small Business Support Center a call so that we can open a case for you. Please find the number listed in the link below for your location.
