Hi

Anyone added an iPhone (Jabber) to a BE3K?

Can't get it working, any help would be great. I've tried unique Device IDs, IDs the same as the user name, TCT<username>....

Thanks

You need to configure it under Cisco Mobile Solutions in User Page. Please add the mobile phone number, which device type it is (iPhone or Android). Then it will generate a device ID. You need to take this device ID and configure it on iPhone app. And for call control, pl. enter IP address of BE3K server.

It should register with BE3K.

Thanks

Hi,

Please take a look at the guide .  Hopefully this will provide the guidance you need in addition to Sanjay's comments.

FYI - Device IDs beginning "CSF" are for Client Services Framework clients (Jabber Desktop and IP Communicator clients), "TCT" IDs are autogenerated for iPhone Jabber voice clients and "BOT" IDs are autogenerated for Android Jabber voice clients.

Regards,

Andy
