I followed the instructions in this link http://uc500.com/creating-custom-ringtones-for-cme to add the CTU ringtone for SPA504G users but when I attempt to choose the CTU option the system tells me Ring File Unavailable. I realize that the instructions in the link are a few years old but most should still hold true. Below is the output of my RingList.xml file (the last entry is the CTU entry) and the files in the directory of the /ringtones folder. Note that the CTU.raw file is present and the entry in the RingList.xml is correct. Any idea why the phone is telling me the file is unavailable?
