*ANI*DNIS* in a CAS circuit?

Hello, we just installed a UC560-T1 unit at a customer location.  The UC has a built in T1 plus an additional VWIC-T1.

The built in connects a PRI with 24 voice lines the VWIC connects to a (LD-T1) CAS circuit.

We have in and out bound calls working on both T1 circuits, but the provider had not turned on Caller ID yet.

The Voice Provider tried to turn on Caller ID yesterday only to crash the system.  They wrote this in an email after:

"The Real Time Ani was not activated because the vendor didn’t have *ANI*DNIS* programmed on the PBX and the test calls were failing to a fast busy once the change was made."

I can provide a running config if anyone needs to see how the system is set up now.

Any advise form anyone who has dealt with this type of issue would be appreciated.

Here is the config of the Port:

controller T1 0/2/0

linecode ami

ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-24 type e&m-wink-start

cas-custom 0

  trunk-group LDT1 64
