Hi Mohammed,
What type of trunks are you using? SIP/ISDN/FXO?

Hello Dennis ,
I am using FXO

The UC by default will not block caller ID. You can check the running config and make sure that it shows
voice-port 0/1/0
trunk-group ALL_FXO
caller-id enable
If it is enabled then you need to call your service provider and make sure they are sending you caller ID.

Caller ID is provided by the ISP... and you have to pay for it on ALL your FXO lines.. So maybe your main number has callerID btu the others don't? Or you simply dont pay for it from the telephone company at all? I would hook an analog phone to the FXO port to bypass the system and see if it gets caller ID?

Use search function, you may have to change some options in caller-id command.

Hi Mohammed,
I had the same issue.
I solved it by changing the voice-port x/x/x
translation-profile incoming incalls
compand-type a-law or u-law ...check this for your ISP
cptone GB ...check this with your isp or try out different land codes.
Best regards
Paul
