Hello
I cannot start the SCC Advanced Client on a Windows 7 32Bit German. I can succesfully install the client but after the reboot I get an error when I try to start the client.
On a Windows XP 32Bit German the SCC Advanced Client is working.
I have a printscreen of the Windows 7 error in the attach.

Dear Sir;
It looks like you have installed another callconnector product. Just go to System 32 folder in Windows folder, look for the ccTrog.dll and rename/delete it. Try then again to re-install.

I use the Cisco_SCC_Advanced_Client_x32_2.00.042.exe file.
