Cisco UC560

Hello.

Been running the Cisco UC560 for the past 9 years now and until today, it's worked flawlessly.

Now I've run into the problem with the CUE.

I've checked on Cisco's website and they no longer have any updates for the UC560.

I was hoping someone here might point me in the direction if any updates still exists anywhere so I can up my UC560 to the last level.

CCA Current Version: 2.2

CUE Current Version: 8.0.6

And yes, we have thought of replacing but at a cost of more then $10K, it is not currently an option.

The latest software pack (8.6.2) is still on the Cisco site here - https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282877316/type/282762907/release/8.6(2)

If you do not have access via your Cisco login, email ent-dl@cisco.com to see if they will make an exception and allow you to download the software.
