CUE Voicemail Forwarding - Address By Extension By Default

We have a customer that uses the forward message option in CUE quite a bit. They want to have the system use extensions for the addressing by default instead of having to spell names. They are already aware of the ## option to switch to extension addressing but don't like the extra step since they always want to send messages using extensions and never by name. Is there an option I can change through the CLI or GUI to make CUE do this? Thanks.

Hello Ryan,

Under the CLI command line of the CUE ni config mode you have to enter following command this will enable forwarding of the messages by extension:

voicemail conversation address-by extension
