Failing to Pickup a call from SIP trunk; Monitoring phone configured using Pickup Individual

Hello.

UC320 - bunch of extensions on SPA525G2;

Reception phone is SPA50X with side car.

Side car configured to "Pickup Individual"

SIP trunk configured with DID's for extensions. SIP Trunk codec is G711a for use in UK.

Incoming calls from SIP trunk, extension rings and can be answered normally.

Incoming calls from SIP trunk, receptionist phone's "pickup individual" button flashes, when pressed the receptionist's phone sounds a number busy (engaged) tone and the extension carrys on ringing.

Debug attached - possibly complaining about a SIP replaces header.
