This is a highly unusual thing to see, in some cases the mobile phone may leak its pulsing into car stereos or speakers etc..etc.. But at last check the Cisco SPA phones had shielded speakers in them to prevent this
Just for laughs I just tried this on multiple SPA phones and could not reproduce it.
What mobile phones are causing this just out of interest?
