I'm having difficulty with 7931 phones and overlaid call-waiting ephone-dn's
The phones use all the button's, and for inbound call's, these are overlaid with the call-waiting option on 1 button.
However if a call is active on a phone on that button, and a second call is made to another ephone-dn on that overlay, the user will hear the call-waiting beep, but will have no option to actually answer the second call on the phone.
Appreciate in advance your thoughts.
