Receive extra info about a call

Hello all,

is there a way to add an extra line of information on the

SPA508G terminal when it's recieving a call? (with Asterisk)

Default it says for example:

From: Bob Inc.

31123456789

I hope to add an extra line of info so the terminal owner can

see from which queue this call is comming from.

The info is populated from the SIP Invite which usually contains the name and number in that Invite.

The options available are located in the SIP tab under SIP Parameters, Caller ID header.  You'll see PAID-RPID-FROM.

My phone gives me 5 chooses:

• PAID  RPID  FROM
• PAID  FROM
• RPID  PAID  FROM
• RPID  FROM
• FROM

BUT when I choose option 1 (P R F) or option 3 (R P F) the phone won't show the
three lines of information I want. Because it sticks with diplaying only 2 line...!

Dispite there is one line totally empty!

So I know how I can change the information (P, R & F) send to the phone.

But how can I get the phone to display ALL three lines at ones when the phone is ringing!?

Those choices of three, allows you to pick one of those three.  You won't see the Queue Tech Support since that's not part of the From or Asserted ID information in the SIP Invite.
