Hi Members, I have a company which has 2 x PSTN Lines.
I setup a Shared line for each of the Trunks, however I want to be able to have it only ring on one extn and flash on the other, but still have the ablity to operate like a key station.
So if User 1 places it on hold User 2 can see it flashing and pickup the call.
Is this available, under shared line it only allows you to tag the member but not alter the ringing conditions.
Thanks Graham

Hi Graham,
You set the Ringtone settings on the phones themselves. On a SPA525G:
1. Press Settings button
2. Scroll down to User Settings and select
3. Scroll down to Audio Preferences and select
4. Scroll down to the line number that you want to change the ringtone
5. Use round rocker key to scroll to the right
6. Scroll up and down to select the desired ringtone.
7. Press Select
On SPA 303 and other 500 series phones:
1. Press Settings button
2. Scroll down to Ring Tone and select
3. Scroll to the line number that you want to change the ringtone and CHANGE
4. Scroll up or down to select the Ringtone
5. Hit Select
Hope this helps....

Hi Graham,
On the phones that you don't want to ring (but flash), change the ringtone for that line button to 'Silent' or 'No Ring Tone' on each of the phones.
Hope this helps.

But is this on the actual phone web browser and not via the UC320W console?
