UC520 MOH Issue

I am currently having an issue with choosing an MOH file using CCA on my UC520.

When i'm on the music on hold screen in CCA that would let you choose an audio file for MOH it just says none and doesnt list either of the audio files in the media folder on my flash card. I have gone into Maintenance > File Management and can see the files in the correct place. I have also verified that the files are encoded correctly to work. (they are the default MOH files that came with the system)

Any help would be most appreciated.

Do you have the MOH statement in the config? It should look something like this.

moh flash:/media/music-on-hold.au

It should be under Telephony-Service

Thanks for the reply. The only thing I have that references MOH under Telephony-Service is:

multicast moh 239.10.16.16 port 2000
