UC520 software upgrade

I`m going to upgrade a UC520 from the 7.0 version to the 8.0.2, regarding to licesing what do i need to know before doing this? what problems could i find while doing this upgrade?

Hi Jorge,

If you use CCA (3.1.1) to do the upgrade the license should migrate over to the upgrade, you will however want to upgrade to the latest Software Pack 8.2 as the release you are looking at upgrading to has known issues and you should avoid it, plus it does not contain the latest phone loads either.

Is this a CLI managed system or a CCA managed system?

David, does "Software Pack 8.2" (for UC520) contain any base license increases such as the 8.2 did for UC540/560?

It does not.
